my boyfriend that is in the Army cheated on me i had to find out through Facebook he still wont tell me that nothing is new with him when he clearly changed his realtionship status I am having a hard time with this I'm crying a lot I haven't been eating this whole thing is really bugging me any advice? i am also thinking to delete my facebook for awhile until I'm better again.

Pour out your heart to God. He’s the one that can take care of you and mend your broken heart. Turn to Him. Don’t waste your time on this boy because he’s not worth it.

I would suggest for you to do whatever it takes for you to get over him and feel better again. If anything is making you struggle, get rid of it. Because if you don’t, it’s just going to hurt you more.

PRAY ALWAYS. Ask for His help and focus on God. People will let you down, but God never will. If you give Him your all—your heart, mind and soul—you will find God and you will not be disappointed.
